مناطق الشحن
نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية عبر شركة سمسا للشحن
مدة التوصيل
- المدن الرئيسية (الرياض، جدة، الدمام): 2-3 أيام عمل
- باقي المناطق: 3-5 أيام عمل
- المناطق النائية: 5-7 أيام عمل
ملاحظة: مدة التوصيل تبدأ من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب وليس من تاريخ الشحن
تكلفة الشحن
- الشحن مع الدفع المسبق (بطاقة ائتمانية / Apple Pay): 28 ريال
- الشحن مع الدفع عند الاستلام: 38 ريال
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيا عند إتمام الطلب حسب طريقة الدفع المختارة
تتبع الشحنة
- سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع الشحنة عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني
- يمكنك تتبع شحنتك من خلال الرابط المرسل أو موقع سمسا
استلام الطلب
- يجب على المستلم فحص الطلب فور الاستلام
- في حالة وجود تلف أو خطأ، يرجى عدم فتح العبوة والتواصل معنا فورا
- التقط صورا للعبوة والمنتج في حالة وجود تلف
الدفع عند الاستلام
- متاح لجميع مناطق المملكة
- يرجى تجهيز المبلغ المطلوب عند الاستلام
- يقبل المندوب الدفع نقدا أو عبر نقاط البيع المتنقلة
عدم استلام الطلب
في حالة عدم وجود أحد لاستلام الطلب:
- سيحاول مندوب الشحن التواصل معك
- سيتم ترك إشعار بمحاولة التوصيل
- يمكن إعادة جدولة التوصيل خلال 48 ساعة
- بعد 3 محاولات فاشلة، سيتم إعادة الطلب إلينا
الطلبات المرتجعة
- في حالة إعادة الطلب بسبب عدم الاستلام أو رفض الاستلام، سيتم خصم رسوم الشحن
- يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ومعلومات الاتصال قبل تأكيد الطلب
التأخير في الشحن
- نبذل قصارى جهدنا للالتزام بمواعيد التوصيل المحددة
- قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (الأعياد، الأحوال الجوية، إلخ)
- سيتم إبلاغك في حالة أي تأخير متوقع
التعبئة والتغليف
- نحرص على تغليف جميع المنتجات بعناية فائقة
- العطور يتم تغليفها بمواد حماية إضافية لضمان وصولها بحالة ممتازة

Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas
We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via SMSA Express
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2-3 business days
- Other regions: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery time starts from order confirmation date, not shipping date
Shipping Cost
- Shipping with prepayment (credit card / Apple Pay): 28 SAR
- Shipping with cash on delivery: 38 SAR
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on selected payment method
Shipment Tracking
- Tracking number will be sent via SMS and email
- You can track your shipment through the link provided or SMSA website
Order Receipt
- Recipient must inspect the order upon delivery
- In case of damage or error, please do not open the package and contact us immediately
- Take photos of the package and product if damaged
Cash on Delivery
- Available for all regions in Saudi Arabia
- Please have the required amount ready upon delivery
- Courier accepts cash or mobile POS payment
Failed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the order:
- Delivery courier will attempt to contact you
- A delivery attempt notice will be left
- Delivery can be rescheduled within 48 hours
- After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to us
Returned Orders
- If order is returned due to non-receipt or refusal, shipping fees will be deducted
- Please ensure address and contact information are correct before confirming order
Shipping Delays
- We make every effort to meet specified delivery times
- Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather conditions, etc.)
- You will be notified of any expected delays
Packaging
- We take great care in packaging all products
- Perfumes are packaged with additional protective materials to ensure excellent condition upon arrival
