تسري جميع أحكام نظام التجارة الإلكترونية الخاصة بوزارة التجارة والاستثمار بهدف تعزيز الثقة لدى المستهلك وتوفير الحماية اللازمة لجميع المعلومات وحفظ حقوق المتسوق والتاجر معا.
قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لموقع الماركات نت وإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
الطلبات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق
- الطلب يعتبر نهائيا بعد تأكيد الدفع
تصحيح الأخطاء في الطلبات
- يمكن للمستهلك تصحيح الأخطاء في الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تقديم الطلب، ما لم يتم شحن الطلب
- في حال وجود خطأ غير مقصود من المتجر، سيتم تبليغ المستهلك فورا
- للمستهلك الخيار بين الاستمرار في تنفيذ الطلب بعد التصحيح أو الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع
إلغاء الطلبات
نحتفظ بحق إلغاء الطلب في الحالات التالية:
- وجود طلبات سابقة لم يتم استلامها من نفس العميل
- عنوان الشحن أو معلومات الاتصال غير صحيحة
- عدم توفر المنتج في المخزون
- وجود خطأ في التسعير
الشحن والتسليم
- نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية
- مدة التوصيل تتراوح بين 2-5 أيام عمل حسب المنطقة
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم عنوان شحن صحيح ومعلومات اتصال دقيقة
الدفع
نقبل طرق الدفع التالية:
- الدفع عند الاستلام
- البطاقات الائتمانية (Visa, Mastercard, Mada)
- Apple Pay
حماية البيانات والخصوصية
- نتخذ كافة الوسائل اللازمة لحماية البيانات الشخصية والاتصالات الإلكترونية
- نحافظ على خصوصية بياناتك خلال مدة احتفاظنا بها
- لن نشارك معلوماتك الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة دون موافقتك
المسؤولية
- نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات على الموقع
- لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Almarkat Net website and completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Orders and Prices
- All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- Orders are considered final after payment confirmation
Order Error Correction
- Customers can correct order errors within 24 hours of placing the order, unless the order has been shipped
- In case of an unintentional error from the store, the customer will be notified immediately
- The customer has the choice to continue with the order after correction or cancel and receive a refund
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Previous orders from the same customer were not received
- Incorrect shipping address or contact information
- Product out of stock
- Pricing error
